Web Site User Agreement

1.  Copyright.  Any commercial use of the images, text, programs or other materials found in the USCSA Web Site is strictly prohibited, without written consent of United Sons of Confederate Soldiers Association.

2.  Trademarks.   The names and logos identifying United Sons of Confederate Soldiers Association products and services are the sole propriety of United Sons of Confederate Soldiers Association.

3.  Content Submission.   Certain areas of the USCSA Web Site allow for the exchange of information between you, the USER, and the United Sons of Confederate Soldiers Association.  Any submission by the USER becomes the property of the United Sons of Confederate Soldiers Association, and the USER grants the United Sons of Confederate Soldiers Association the authority and right to use that content in accordance with United Sons of Confederate Soldiers Association privacy policies.

4.  Accuracy of Information.   While all reasonable attempts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information, the United Sons of Confederate Soldiers Association, can be held responsible by USER for the accuracy of the information found in the USCSA Web Site.   The United Sons of Confederate Soldiers Association makes no expressed or implied warranty as to the accuracy of content or programming.
